Bernie, loves his Heart Smart Minute fitness program, he works out 5 times a week alternating the military presses with pushups and jumping jacks. His favorite things about the program is that it uses only his body weight which allows for quick muscle toning and weight loss. Bernie now sees so many new muscles that you can’t keep a shirt on him!!
He sticks to a healthy diet of organic skinless chicken, fish, and lots of salad and veggies. His favorite cheat meal is going out for Mexican and frozen yogurt.
