FITNESS | Willpower

It’s all about your Willpower:

WillpowerAnything is achievable. Willpower is one of the most important disciplines you can use to create your fitness goals. It means showing up, day in and day out, even when you don’t feel like it and putting in the work required.

Willpower is Habitual:

Think on a daily bases. Think each day what to do to make your goals a reality. Set up a routine for yourself and be accountable. Write down on a calendar or notebook all of your mini victories. Did you go for your morning walk? Write it down! Drop a pound? Gain a pound? Do your Heart Smart Minute routine? Write it down. It gives you something to visualize daily and see your progress. It will also allow you to monitor your weight, so there are no surprises.

Willpower doesn’t allow for defeat:

Before success comes in your fitness goals, or in any life goal for that matter, you are sure to meet with minor setbacks or temporary defeat. When you miss a workout, gain a pound or lose your initial drive, it is your willpower that will stop you from quitting. It is your willpower that will make you get up the next morning and try again and again, as many times as it takes until you are successful.
