Rehab ExercisesSlow and controlled exercises in a gradual and progressive maner is a great way to help strengthen our bodies after minor injuries. Lack of activity and exercise may actually make the pain worse.

These rehab exercises can help strengthen injured muscles which is important to prevent re-injury. A rehabilitation program should consist of stretching, strengthening, and aerobic conditioning.
