Joanie is one hot grandma, who lost over 50* lbs, doing the Heart Smart Minute fitness program.
Her favorite exercises are the modified pushups and jumping jacks. Joanie watches her food carefully during the week and allows herself two cheat meals during the weekend which she believes is important to her success in keeping the weight off for over a year.
The Heart Smart Minute program allowed her the flexibility to train from her home without equipment, she was also able to easily continue her program while on vacation. The cardio intervals challenged her endurance while the modified exercises helped strengthen her less conditioned areas.
The weight loss gives her the strength and stamina to babysit her new grandson Cole and she can’t wait until he can join in her workouts.
